An innovative team of dietitians (nutritionists) based in the Blue Mountains,

partnering with you, your business or your team to equip you with the tools,

education and a plan to make clear, confident decisions about your health.

Our professional practice is guided by a set of core values that directs everything we do.

We do it because we love it.

Authenticity: We prioritise people. While nutrition and dietetics is what gets us excited, we don’t hide behind jargon. We’re real, we’re honest and we’re constantly evolving in our own personal pursuit of health and happiness. No intimidating science speak here, we lead by example and practise what we preach.

We have a team approach.

Collaboration: We’ve been at this game a long time, so we know you don’t have to go it alone. We’re invested in your success and partner with you to clarify where you’re at and where you want to go.

We are your wingmen.

Empowerment: We equip you with the tools and education to make clear, confident decisions about your health. With so much misinformation and contradictory messages out there, we ensure you can separate the facts from the phoneys. Your health journey doesn’t stop when you walk out our door. We provide a solid foundation of education, coaching and individualised strategies that are sustainable no matter what life throws at you.

We don’t do mediocre.

Innovation: We’re life-long learners. We are dedicated to constantly improving and evolving our professional practice, so that it can better support your needs and goals. And we’re not afraid to shake up the status quo. Stale strategies won’t yield exceptional results, so we’re committed to becoming industry leaders.
